Welcome to The Huachucans website
The Huachucans of Sierra Vista is an organization dedicated to Helping Kids Since 1985 and over the past 28 years has raised and donated over $500,000 to youth organizations and activities throughout Cochise County. This year we intend to raise over $80,000 and all of these monies will support local youth organizations.
We have developed three different fund raising means understanding that our fundamental goal is to keep all of the monies local. Our three means are our Raffle Drawing Opportunities, our Charity Auction Dinner, and the Sierra Vista Open Golf Tournament.
Our first fund raising means this year is our Raffle Drawing Opportunity and this year we are conducting ten Raffle Opportunity Drawings each for a $500 Visa card. The Huachucans purchase the prizes and absorb 80 percent of the associated expenses and in turn, the proceeds then fund various youth focused organizations.
Our second fund raising means is our Charity Auction Dinner. This fund raising dinner is directly linked to the Sierra Vista Open Golf Tournament. Our theme this year will be announced soon along with the date, location and entertainment.
Our last fund raising event is the Sierra Vista Open Golf Tournament, now in its 29th year will be held at Pueblo del Sol Country Club and the date will be announced soon. This is Professional as well as amateur golf tournament featuring local as well as other PGA Professional golfers.
